So heres the update:

The lack of fuel in the bowl issue was caused by a tripped Fuel Pump Kill Switch, however I could swear I heard the pump running everytime I truned the key over. Not sure when this got tripped or how, but I would think that once it gets tripped your truck will stop running soon.

After I reset the push button, the truck still idled rough. I let it idle for about 2 mins and never got better. So off the Stealer for a CPS.

Put in the new CPS and now she runs great again.
