I cannot honestly every say i have had the dash unit all the way out of my EB"S..
but i have on the 250...
LMC had them
were not to hard to find...
cannot say if it is the same as EB to late 60's f-250..
Bet number dummy knows.
I think my f-250 may not have one at all anymore...
have several dashs laying around.
let me look tonite before it gets dark.
if i have extars ill send you one to try..
that is what happens to my 69 250...
but always goes back to norm...
wild needle sweeps....but at least i make gas for a short while...
but my 68 bronco shows full much of the time then when i use a good deal of the gas it starts to read normal...
but..
if it was acting normal then went haywire..something else must be up...
actually my Harley does the same...in reverse..says it is empty yet has 1/3 of fuel left...
