x2 on the voltage resistor, especially if you didn't disconnect the batt before doing your electrical work

cannot say if it is the same as EB to late 60's f-250..
Bet number dummy knows.
I think my f-250 may not have one at all anymore...
have several dashs laying around.
let me look tonite before it gets dark.

It pulses up to 1 volt. I am using the gAUGE ON THE DASH. Think the problem could be that my sending unit is not grounded good???

1966/77 Bronco instrument cluster voltage regulator / 1961/66 F100/1100

B9MZ10804C .. ICVR = Instrument Cluster Voltage Regulator (Motorcraft GR508)

Available from Ford: MSRP: $85.40 (ouch!) / FTEpartsguy.com price: $46.12

Application:

1966/77 Bronco / 1961/66 F100/1100 / 1965/66 Mustang / 1960/66 Galaxie & Thunderbird / 1959/66 Lincoln & Mercury / 1960/65 Falcon/Comet / 1962/65 Fairlane/Meteor.

> > Most autoparts stores carry ICVR's, but take the old one with you. < <

1957 thru 1987: There are at least 10 different types.

You never know how reliable autoparts store parts catalogs are, the peeps that work in these stores may not be reliable either.

This ICVR may or may not the problem.

Usually the ICVR, when it fails, causes the temp and gas guage needles to waltz up and down on their own.

that is what happens to my 69 250...
but always goes back to norm...
wild needle sweeps....but at least i make gas for a short while...
but my 68 bronco shows full much of the time then when i use a good deal of the gas it starts to read normal...
but..
if it was acting normal then went haywire..something else must be up...

actually my Harley does the same...in reverse..says it is empty yet has 1/3 of fuel left...

The ICVR that is used in 1969 is different than the one I typed above.

DOUBLE OUCH! MSRP: $117.89 / FTEpartsguy.com price: $63.66

Parts store prolly cheaper.

1970/72 is different again.
