rear brake problem

well when my 05 e450 was under warranty the rear pads needed to be replaced at around 25k mi...they changed the rotors and pads and said the caliper pins were not lubed...now it has about 47mi and the rears have to be done again...i never believed that the caliper pins were the problem so im going to change the calipers and hoses...also the cruise hasnt been working but when i pulled backwards on the brake pedal it has been working so i think the brake pedal might be hanging up and causing accelerated wear but that doesnt explain why the fronts wear half as much...is there any possibility that this is normal brake wear?

I don't think the brakes are hanging up, but the switch for the cruise and probably the brake lights is out of adjustment. That leaves normal wear, around here autozone offers lifetime brake pad warrenty including wear. Buy them once forever.
