Just as a test, after starting the engine, can you disconnect the switch on the clutch and see what it does? If it stops doing it, you know the PCM is reading the clutch switch and doing something different because of it.

Ok just got back from the Ford shop here in Vegas . They guy looked at my truck drove it and confirmed that its deff not normal . He hooked up his laptop and ran some stuff didnt come up with much , but what he did notice is that he couldnt over write the computer back to stock , he said it appears someone has installed a power programmer program of some sort . He says he thinks this is the problem , he told me to give him the rest of the day to figure out how to over write it and go back to the stock program . He said he has done it before but wasnt sure he remembered so he was gonna get in touch with ford . So i am gonna miss the biggest riding weekend of the year and give up my truck for the weekend so that he can do that . I will keep everyone posted as to if this was the problem and if what he does solves it .......

Id like to try the clutch switch test before i take it back to him on saturday , where is that switch located so i can disconnect it and try it out ?
And i havent called around yet but does anyone have a ball park on a new pcm if needed ?
