Based on what I can find on this forum, the color of a 1965 F100 352 motor should be:
Block - Black
Valve Covers - Gold
Air Cleaner - Black
Couple of questions.....
1. Is this correct?
2. What color should the following parts and pieces be:
- intake manifold
- oil pan
- water pump
- fuel pump
- oil filter adapter
3. What is the color code for the gold
I'm not sure what color is correct but I'd say black for 65. Ford Corp Dark Blue was starting to be used in 66 with the transition from black to blue. I'd also say everything but the fuel pump would be black. Some of the Ford vendors like Greg Donahue and Mustangs Unlimited etc... sell a gold rattle can paint that's supposed to be correct. Krylon and Dupli-color sell an engine gold that's pretty close. Bill (Numbers Dummy) would be the one to ask. Send him a PM.

And then post back what you find out here because I am interested in getting it right too.
