Head lights pulsating

I just put the starter switch in my 63 F-100 and now my Head lights pulsate at 5mph +.

Make sure your regulator is grounded well. Take a small wire and hook it under one of the regulator mounting bolts and then run it to the neg of the battery.

What is the condition of the battery? The battery is responsible for filtering out the rest of the ripple from your alternator. If it's near old age, you might also consider replacing it.

The battery is new and is the one with the most cranking amp I could find at Walmart it was the onley store open at 10pm Im going to try that wire the volt regulater to the battery.Thanks every body.
