Steering Column Bearing?

Steering Column Bearing?
Hey guys,
I just did a complete rebuild of all steering components. However, I always had like a knock in the steering wheel. (non tilt) Only while turning slow I can feel a pulsation in the wheel .It almost sounds like somethings binding. Its been like that for about 2 years now but im now thinking that it might be getting worse. It doesn't feel like anything in the front end. It feels like its right in back of the steering wheel. Is there a bearing back there that can be bad? While in park, if i pull and push on the wheel at 9 and 3 i can feel and hear movement. I usually find all my answers in the previous threads but i cant seem to find this one. Thanks a bunch..
