I'd round the rockers to 20 ft lbs, since I don't have a wrench near that accurate.
Where did you get the injector specs Kevin? I did mine to 120 in-lbs based on Kwik's advice and the fact that my shop manual says
Fuel Injector Retaining Bolt 13.6 Nm — 120 lb/in.
Maybe your injectors have different specs since I'd guess you're not running regular old AD's
