It will even break loose at 40 mph still when it kicks down to first...... needs traction.

i would love to have time to build something like that, then look for a truck to drop it in... preferably a '92-96 F150, reg cab long box...
definately something to work towards...thanks for the motivation colin!!

I would like to build an engine similiar to that out of my 460 one day too. I just love how mean that thing is.
I got my eyes set on putting it in a 50's merc though

It was a bit of work, that truck used to be a farm truck with a 351M. New cab corners and box sides, other than that the sheet metal is original and the cab is very solid. Lots of new stuff on her now.
Now 500 hp in a 50's merc --- scary, that's quite a bit lighter than a 77 F150!
