motor bogging down
I just bought my truck a couple weeks ago it's an 04' F-250 Crew Cab Lariat with around 95,000 miles on it. The truck is all stock as far as I can tell. The question i have is when im cruising at highway speeds and slow down to either exit the interstate or go around a curve and i try to speed up again the motor seems to bog down but when i put the pedal to the floor i can hear the turbo winding up and a puff of black smoke comes out and the truck takes off like a bat out of hell. Can someone tell me why it does this? Im new to the diesel world so i dont really know a whole lot about them
