This van had over 500,000 miles on it.
I believe it had headgasket trouble from a blown EGR cooler, and they couldn't believe the great shape the block was in. It had virtually no wear in the cylinders from the rings.
I think this 6.0l motor will go that many miles if you get rid of the EGR system when your warranty is up. The EGR system (to me) seems to be the root of all evil. You will probably be on your second set of injectors at this mileage, due to the coking of the spool valves on the oil side of the injector, which makes the injectors "stick" causing rough cold starts and general engine "miss".

All good news to me! I do hope to get 200k out of my scurge. I also agree that the EGR system is the root of all evil. Great motor that the EPA has strangled. As soon as my 5y/100k is up it will be the first thing to go.
