truck problems
So I started my truck this morning and let it warm up for like five minutes because it was a little cold out (36 degrees) and proceeded to leave for school. After the truck was warm and I was going through towmat a low RPM (Like 1200 RPM) the truck started making this blowing noise through the Exhaust. I really can't describe it better than that but when i gave it more throttle, it stopped and started to spool up like it normally does (I know it spooled up because i am running a staight pipe and could here the turbo whisling more and more like it nomally does. Does anybody have any ideas why my truck would be making this blowing noise? Thanks in advance.

Why would this valve be closed after like 15 minutes of driving. Shouldn't it open up by then. The truck was just about up to normal operating temp. Ohh and thanks for the quick response

Most guys on here unplug it when it's open and never think twice about it. Not suree why it was still on near operating temp,but I do believe the whistle sound to be the ebpv. It may have been opoening and that's why it was making the blowing noise? Just my.02
