I know the term "rare" is way over-used, but I do think it applies to your awesome '76 F250 Camper Special. The Luxury Group décor option had so many ordering restrictions and stipulations, and I think it was pretty pricy. I've seen this option on a few F150's, but never on an F250 camper Special. Very cool! I hope you will post up some pics of your interior.

I am a new member and thankful to find this post about the Luxury Group option on the 1976 F250 CS. I just purchased mine a little over a week ago and it wasn't until I received the Marti Report why or how my truck had this interior. My truck still has the original interior, most of the original paint on the body with the exception of the roof and all of trim and factory striping on it. Nice to find out some real information on this option.
The Marti report says 693 F250 pickups had the option, it doesn't break down the Camper Special.

I would guess that to be pretty rare. Have only seen one truck with the brown side moulding around this area in the past. XLT seats were like sitting in a Lincoln. My Dad started with a 56 and moved up quite often but never did get an XLT, they cost to much.
Oddly enough, when he bought the 68 Ranger off the show room floor the dealer had a Shelby 500 Convetible at the opposite corner.for same price. Triple black, wonder where it went?
