Tire Size question
my 89 bronco 2 has 235-75-15`s on it now im wanting to get something a little wider in the same height as what i have now.How close is a 30x9.5x15 sized tire,and how close is a 265-70-15?? im not to good with tire sizes!

Maybe this will help some, first number is the tread width...... well rather then try and explain/type it all myself. Read here, tell you all about them numbers in simple terms and how to convert to inches,

The 30x9.5 will be 1/2-3/4" taller but NOT wider; the 265/70 will definitely be wider and maybe 1/2-3/4 inch taller. The 255/70 is what everyone used to change their trucks and vans to when the 235/75 was the 1/2 ton standard. (I ran them on an old pickup and 3 vans that I've owned during the years).
