Glow Plug question
Quick question AFTER reading the search of old threads. Sounds like the glow plugs send out an error code when bad.
Here is what my PSD is doing. On cranking it jumps to life slow. Spins fine but fires a bit groggy. Then it needs to warm up before any power comes online.
Can the plugs be getting old and need replacment at 114,000? I am sure they do. I am in GA now but getting ready to relocate to chicago. Just didn't want to spend the cash right now.
I also want to do the work my self. Does anyone have a quick lesson and picture of them?
Thanks folks,
If they check good then, check the relay.
If you haven't changed the fuel filters do so.
Then check the injector pump.
In this order you will not waste money on parts. Just a little time finding the problem.
