ZF from behind a 460 starting in '87. Get the tape measure out, it might be a direct bolt in.
Do you have a hydraulic clutch? ZF requires juice clutch, may have internal concentric slave to fiddle with.

you will need everything from the donor vewhicle...especially the hydralic clutch set up to the firtewall. I've done alot of these and the difference is that ZF's have an internal clutch while the 4 speed have an external clutch setup. Even the resavoir at the firewall is different and is NOT compatible between the 2 swaps. you may run into drivehaft length problems also expecially if 2wd application. I took all my guts of a 1989F350 2wd last time and put it into a 1986 F250 2wd. This was for a 5.8 application but the 460's are the same problems.
