I just purchased a valair performance clutch (thanks for the help Cody) and need to get other parts for the install. I priced the prebled hydraulic setup through local dealership along with the following:
New style clutch fork $40.42
Throwout bearing $106.25 (will wait for Valair to get in stock)
Hydraulics $197.56
I need to know where to look for better deals. Any suggestions? I cannot find the pre bled hydraulics at powerstrokeshop. They do have better prices.

The Ford parts website is kind of screwy sometimes. You'll have to call powerstrokeshop, FTE parts guy, Y2Kford, etc. to get the correct part number to enter in the search box or just place your order over the phone.
It's not quite 5 on the west coast, so you might try giving Ed a call to see if he can give you a price and process your order today.
F81Z7A512AA tube master to slave (if you need it) list $90.67
my sell prices are so low FTE wont allow me to post them. (LOL)
so visit my site for your cost.

Ed,
What's the part number for the complete pre=bled hydraulic assembly that includes the master, slave, lines & reservoir? It was around $150 from the local Ford dealer back when I got mine, but since my pedal was stuck to the floor I was kind of in a hurry.
Well I finished the job last night. I can't believe the difference. The pressure plate had three fingers that were bent but clutch didn't look bad. The master and slave cylinders were toast. Too bad camping season is over. I can't wait to see what she can do now.
For anyone who is going to swap out the master and slave cylinders do yourself a favor and buy the pre-bled unit. Also get another activation arm because the only way that bugger was coming out was to snap it off.
After three months I finally have a truck again. The dog is getting sick of riding around in a contour.
