99 250SD Hub replacement
Are you a hardcore off-roader and going to beat them up? Warn Premium
Do you care if you have to get out and manually lock them every time? Warn Premium
Do you like to sit in your cab in the rain, turn the switch, have the hubs lock and go about your business and stay dry? OEM
Do you want to spend more (OEM) or get tougher and better quality (Warn Premium) hubs?
The only way you are going to keep your remote (ESOF) locking is if you stay OEM. I bought my truck a year ago and my hubs were junk. I am an avid off-roader but don't get too crazy (it's my DD too) so I opted for more OEM hubs so that I can stay in the cab and engage the front axles. So far they've worked like a champ. If you use your 4wd once a month to keep everything working well and clean the hubs every now and then you shouldn't have a problem unless you are a hardcore rock crawler. There's some great instructions for removing/installing/cleaning your hubs on guzzle's website here:

Don't get me wrong, if Warn made their Premium hub with a vacuum lock to work with the ESOF I would have bought that in a heartbeat.
Just my .02. I hope this helps.
