Michael
"one size up from the size Dodge or Chevy would use in the same spot"

Two different mechanics mentioned that and they weren't all that happy
about it either. LOL :)

On my '75 F150 360FE they are 3/8-18 grade-5 that uses 9/16" wrench.
Do you need a guess at the length? :)

The 1973/79 FORD LIGHT TRUCK PARTS CATALOG is available on a CD from hipoparts.com / Also sold on fleabay for a "buy it now" price.

You do not want the HEAVY truck parts catalog, that's only for BIG trucks.

Dunno the price, because I'm not using this CD catalog. It's prolly around 25 dollars.

I have the original paper catalogs, and 4 versions on Ford microfiche slides.

I got mine from hipoparts.com. You have to go down to the bottom of the screen and find catalogs and c.d's. I think it was around 30 bucks. It comes in c.d form of course, its like a 450 page book.

450 pages?

It's closer to 5,000 pages!

450 pages doesn't even cover the fuel section!

Just wait till you download that puppy into your pc...and you start looking.

Hmmm... I wonder why mine came with 3/8" bolts?
Oops. I was looking at the frame bolts. :/
Sorry about that. :/
