The best in all words!!!
Hi!I know I'm in a Ford site, but, don't be a brand loyal,be honest - what is the best built quality pickup,I mean just truck itself,I know Cummins is the best engine, hands down.I mean just truck itself, best quality, front rear axle, suspension, frame, purts, ride, longevity etc. Thanks for replay!

I personally feel Dodge is extremely cheap. Just do the door test...close a Dodge door and close a Ford door, which one sounds more sound to you. I know that's goofy, but I can't really relay what I'm trying to say. Never been in a Chevy newer than an '85 so I can't speak of them. So I guess for me Ford is the only way to go.

Hello all...here is a question for anyone. Is there anything I can do to make an '05 6.0 powerstroke last (besides not drive it)? I have an '05 F350 Lariet dualy with 42,000 miles. It needed an engine at 16,000, a steering box at 20, a steering pump at 24k, ball joints at 32k...what's next. If I decide to keep this truck what can I do to make it last..or should I by a Dodge or Chevy? I every now and then pull a 7k lb. horse trailer.
thanks
thanks

atleast the door problem isnt as bad as the 88 and older chevy trucks. i mean you literally have to slam the door to just close it properly. to be honest, i consider ford or a dodge truck because they have solid front axles on 3/4 and 1 ton trucks. both offer a powerful power plant. i sorta dont care about little issues. i just care about funtionality and what it can do for me.

You may have a lemon, but a new power steering box, then pump, after a new engine? heres a tip, when making sharp turns, dont crank the wheel completly over, let off about a 1/4 inch, saves the pump. Ball joints and bearings, quit jumping the truck.
and what are you driving an F350 if you only pull a 7k trailer once in a while? my 94 F150 has pulled twice that weight, and sees 7k on a daily basis
thanks"
