'87 Ranger Suspension Lift

I own an '87 Ranger STX 4x4 and I have already put a 3" body lift on it and I would now like to put a suspension lift on also. I picked up some Rancho RS5000 and 18" Coil springs (as opposed to the 12" stock) plus I have 3" blocks that go under the coils for even more lift, I would like to be able to do this lift on my own and the only problem I have is the front driveshaft runs directly over the swaybar and a cross beam, which are important to the sturdiness and handling of my truck so I can't remove them, so the only thing I can think of would be to run the Driveshaft underneath the sway bar. But then I have to worry about whether or not the driveshaft will hit the underside of the sway bar when I am off-roading. Any Hints or suggestions towards helping me do this lift would be greatly appreciated, thanks
