Oh I see, ok have you tired pulling the codes yourself yet?
It could be a bad computer but it would help if you tried what is suggested and then post back with the result.
Small chance the guys scanner was malfunctioning, slim yea but still. Follow the instructions and see if it responds in anyway. Trouble codes or 11 or 111 for "system pass" (depending on year for 2 or 3 digit codes)
