according to the above the harnesses are the same from '99 to'04 and the one a e-trailer is only $60

I'm pretty sure they are wrong, the 118243 works for all Super Duty trucks I think. The big difference is that the Ford cable has both the 7 way plug and the 4 way plug, while the draw-tite only has the 7 way plug. I just bought a 7 way to 4 way adapter to get around that.
