just get a $50 Hayden tranny cooler and run your lines into that..dont matter what is top and what is bottome..it's just a thing for fluid to run thru and cool itself on the way back. AND YOUR TRANNY WILL run cooler!!

Yea just run a good sized cooler, just be sure and mount it back close enough to the radiator as so the clutch fan will draw air through it when the truck is not moving as well as when running down the road.
Much better then the stock radiator "only" cooling system.
