I do not have service available for my 94 F-53 w/460 chassis under Bounder motorhome at my local Ford dealer, after sitting too many months without being used the check engine light comes on. If I could talk one of the mechanics to come check it out at my shop, would he have the available equipment to check this system and what is the electronic system designation used on this chassis ? You can go to Ford Fuel Injection to find out how to pull codes then look up the codes to determine what the computer is seeing. It is probably something simple but check to make sure something hasnt used your wires to sharpen its teeth.
