Some changes are required. If the chganges are not made with the 'on field' portion of the team, then maybe there need to be some 'off field' changes. I wonder why they keep Bishop playing - he cant make plays at all and once half time rolls around, if he hasnt done anything, then try someone else!

I'm a Project Co-ordinatator for the Provincial Government. It sounds important, but it's more management than anything else. When the Contractor is onsite, so am I.
Sure makes a summer blow by fast....
