Man I had forgotten how much fun these old trucks were. Now with this GT 302 engine fun isn't the right word. What a difference horsepower can make.It is really, I mean REALLY hard to keep your foot out of it. Trouble now is stopping long enough to keep working on it. I did manage to get the door seals in today and what difference that makes. Now rattlely doors and really cut down on the wind noise. I put over 200 miles on it just since I got windows. Glad it isn't against the law to smile as you cruise.
Really you all still working on yours. It really helps your workabities (is that a work?) once you can play and work on it too. Stay in there it is worth every hour and scrape and pain.

Good to hear that there may be a light at the end..
Your idea has me thinkin..
might have to hook a tow bar to it for now though
