The strange things Ford does......
IE: Registration and insurance papers in an easy to access pouch. Spare key in a magnet lock under the rail, understanding how your spare tire assembly works and making sure you know where the tools are?
There's more, but I think we get the point. It reminds me of a hunting trip I took once. We were sitting at camp one evening before opening day and I asked a stupid question as we were all getting stoked about the next morning.
Everyone has their license and tags, right? Check.
Everyone has marked their stands and know how to get there, right? Check.
Everyone has thier guns? Check.
How about ammunition. Check - save one person. He looked like he sht his pants. He didn't say a word. Just got in his truck and left. All he had to do was ask and I'm sure someone had extra - but that's just part of the gig.
The spare in the bed would have been nice on the day I discovered there even was a key
..... sitting along a nice slushy road back in December or January. But hey, I learned something that day, and without that experience, that guy might have had to call for a tow. But as I said, it turned out the tire would only crank down half way anyway, so we ended up crawling under his truck and wrestling it ouf there. Good times........ at least it wasn't snowing
