Clutch hydraulic systems.
Hey everyone, my buddy just bought his girlfriend a bronco 2 yesterday and the clutch mysteriously went out today when we went to take it in to the exhaust shop to have work done. The slave cylinder had just been replaced and I didnt notice any leaking around it. Whats wierd is that the clutch just all of the suddent went out. Could this be the master cyl? I noticed a lot of black kind of like liquid in the resevoir. When I open the bleeder screw on the release cyl. fluid comes out but when I have my bud press the clutch it takes awhile for the fluid to come out and its not like a heavy spirt like what I would expect. We have tried numerous times to bleed this clutch to get some resistance so we can at least get it to the exhuast shop to no avail. any help would be greatly apprecitated.
P.s Whats the best way to bleed this because the manual calls for gravity bleeding but I have heard this is actually not the best way.
