460 wont start
Im not sure if Ive got this in the right forum, but My 77 F150 4x4 that I put a 460 in a few years back has some serious starting issues. It has the factory Ford ignition maybe the modules bad Ive been told I should take the entire ignition out and replace it with an MSD or something like it. A couple years back it had to be jump started to fire, the battery was fully charged, turns out a wire at the bottom of the dist. was worn through and losing the spark, its doing the same thing but I cant find any bad wires. If it is the module box would it be better to replace the whole ignition Ive never done it before. I dont use this truck much I doubt I put any more than 500 miles on it this year. Its just my play toy and work horse around the farm.
