Hi im a Newbe here. Was just given my first old ford truck. Im not new to carbs, rust buy any means.
Its a 1975 Ford F150 RangerXLT 390. Dual Tanks, No Heat, Headers with blown header gaskets onto glasspacks (to loud for me). Its does half a nice color scheme which i like , Silver Botton with dark gray top. But it has a really nice interior which is black. Pics will soon follow.
Things i know it needs. It does run and drive good though.
Valve Cover Gaskers
Heat Fixed
Wipers
DriverSide Fender
Hubcaps
Header Gaskets Replaced
Good Tuneup
Engine Gook Cleaned Out
Seafoame Engine And Carb
Various Lights
Minor Bondo on the Bed
Id like some original hubcaps to hide my mismatch black and white rims.
The heat is a big one for me because i need it to atleast defrost the windows in the cold iowa months to come. Im working on that in another thread.
Ive been talking about it on another thread under heater problems, now that i think about it i think ive been here before about 5 years ago when i had a newer truck. But i dont remember my name.
