i like your truck and the fact its vegistroked. my old truck was a 99 7.3l on 40's (pics in gallary) and i ran b100 most of the time. its nice to see other BIG trucks that are eco friendly.
I would like to add one thing I forgot earlier. You asked about filtering. That needs to be one of the most important items you can do to have a trouble free system. I know of one guy that put oil into his tank unfiltered. In less than a year he had installed at least 3 injection pumps. Myself, i'm running a centrifuge after using auto throwaway filters for about 7 years. Expensive to get into but well worth the expense in the long run.
I am running a greasecar system on a 97 psd. It has worked really well for about 50k. miles. the only problem I have had is with the vaves, but it has paid for itself over and over. the kits for the generation 2 psd's it about twice as much dough as the one for my truck. We filter our wvo thru a 5micron filter sock we order from an industrial supply online and it has always worked great. We just hang the sock from a hook in the ceiling of the garage and heat the dirty barrel up to about 120 degrees and then pump the oil thru the filter and into a clean barrel. the long sock will filter it as fast as you can pump it. Does anyone know if a steel tank will have a reaction with wvo. My aluminum tank cracked twice on the seams, what a mess, so I replace it with a 100 gallon farm fuel tand and installed the heat coil in the end. I think the key to success is getting good quality oil. We got into this a few years back when oil was easy to find and have managed to keep our pickup points so far. This stuff almost dosen't need filtered. I say go to town, it works great and saves a ton of dough. Look at this way, on along trip when diesel is 4.50 a gallon it can save you a few hundred bucks on that trip alone. good luck.
