Well, real quick. My name is Dan, i live in charleston s.c and i just graduated from The Citadel last may. i leave for the criminal justice (police) academy next sunday and will most likely be joining the marine corps reserves when i get back from that in 12 weeks. My truck is a 2002 F150 7700 4x4 extended cab. only mod is that its got a dynomax dual kit on it. my other ford is a 94 mustang cobra that is bone stock and i will be tearing into that after all my training. fiance has a 2003 focus.
Now that that is out of the way, i know alot of guys run 285's on their 4x4 150s but i was wanting to do something a little different and was wondering if anyone was running 305/75/16s on their stock 150? im kinda thinking i might get a little bit of rubbing
Is 305/75 even a tire size? Or are you talking about 305/70s? If you crank your torsions you will fit them with a little bit of rubbing. Im fitting 285/75 on my stock 2wd, with very weak front springs.

yea they make the 305/75. i guess i will just stick with the 285. i drive the truck to much to have the tires rubbing
those are like 33s right? i have 315s and they rubbed at max rotation of steering wheel and max flex of the suspension so yours prolly will too but not much

EUA, You have the 7700lb package. Don't forget that this also has a heavier duty front spring (torsion bar) weight than the standard F150 does. Your front end may be a bit higher than ours already.

Dan welcome to the FTE forums. You might try asking again in https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum64/ Kitty I think that you may have inadvertently posted in the wrong forum.
barlito do those spacers make you rub anywhere else? on the front or back of the wheel wells? i have a 6 inch lift and 35s and 2 inch spacres cuz my tiers rubbed on the top of the spindle but i had to do a lot of trimming on the fenders to keep them from rubbing
