coolant tank
Where can I buy a new coolant tank? Mine is cracking at the seam and leaking. I thought about putting some goop on it but don't want to take a chance that the proper pressure buildup in the cooling system would be affected, or somthing like that. Thanks

Clean it real good and drill a small hole at each end of the crack to stop it, then buff it with a wire wheel and use JB Weld it is good to 380 degrees and there isn't much you can't fix with it. Just to get you by till you locate one.

There was a member on here that did the same thing a couple months ago. He tried to JB it or something but he ended getting a new degas tank. IMHO it's not worth the hassel of trying to fix it. Just get yourself a new one...

There was a member on here that did the same thing a couple months ago. He tried to JB it or something but he ended getting a new degas tank. IMHO it's not worth the hassel of trying to fix it. Just get yourself a new one...
