got a carb ?
i have a stock 1978 bronco and i am turning it into a mudd truck. i am going to put a high rise intake manifold, off road cam, gear drive on timing chain, long tube headers with 3 inch collectors and 3 inch exhaust back. what do you think of that combo, and what would think of a holly 600cfm double pumper carb

I wouldn't go with a Holley at all. Go with an Edelbrock. I have had two different Holley's on my Bronco (a 750 & a 600) and my father has a 650 on his 77 F150, and we have both had nothing but problems. Constantly having to adjust fuel mixture, floats sticking, etc... My father has switched to a Edelbrock, and has no problems sinse. The 600 I put on mine, was giving me troubles with 3 months of putting it on, and I am still fighting it 2 years later. I have rebuilt it twice sinse I have boaght it!
