94' Wheel berings

Are the front wheel berings on a 94 4x4 saposed to have such a tight fit on the spindel? it seems like you allmost need a press to get them on.

I had a hard time removing one of my front wheel bearings only because the seal let go so water got into it and corroded. When I cleaned it up and installed the new ones they slid on fine. Not much resistance.

Well I ended up taking my grinder to the spindle so the berings would go on. The spindle was just a hair to big.
