Curious..programmable 1999 4.6L
Hi to all of my fellow e series owners. I`m curious, is there some way to reprogram a 1999 E-150 4.6L, automatic? I`m looking to pick up some performance enhancements and possibly better shift points on my van. I`ve looked around for an aftermarket programmer (Hypertech E-Con, etc..) but it seems that there isn`t any made for my application. Anyone else have any luck or suggestions? I use a K&N airfilter and Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic oil.

I have the Superchip Microtuner in my 99 5.4 E350, been in for 6 years now, says it's the same one trucks use. Requires the use of high test fuel, so you may not be interested in one knowing that, but I'll not uninstall mine regardless of the cost.
