I finally got the truck back from the Ford dealer and I now have a windshield and rear window. I now can drive the truck while I finish it. Hooray

OK, I'm curious... Where did you find a Ford dealer that would or could work on a '54??? Are you saying they did the windows? Most of them don't even do that stuff anymore.
Seriously, from the looks of your shop and your work, it looks like they ought to be bringing work to you. I am also curious why you didn't integrate the rear IFS from that donor car into your truck.
My local window shop couldn't work on it till the 14th and the Ford shop said bring it down anytime and they would put them in. I had the gaskets from Mid Fifties and I bought and new back slider. They didn't like the back slider at all but no problem putting in the windshield. Cost $112. I am happy
We thought about the rear but at that time I had my second knee replacement and wanted to move on. It isn't bad with the springs. Front is a little stiff and low but it rides ok.
