So i ordered a set of Westin Nerf bars Platinum Series bars and on the box it said 2004-2008 New Style Ford SUPERCAB so i go to install etc i get the mounts on and so on well its time too put the tube on and I put the first bolt in loose so i can adjust etc. and go too put the other end on and its TOO LONG........ So i call westin and they put SUPERCREW tubes in a SUPERCAB box... that is AFTER i threw the box away like a kid that rides the shortbus.... Anyone have any Ideas the place i bought it from wont take it back etc..... If not i have a set of nerf bars forsale..
If they won't sent you the correct ones and trust you to send the other ones back, I would call them, explain the situation and try paying for another set and when it gets there send the other ones back in the box that you get with the second set for a refund.
i just talked to Westin and they are sending me a box for the SUPERCREW and i'm gonna send them back too them and they are gonna take care or it. So i'm awaiting the box and get the correct ones, only thing that sucks is i have to take off the mounting brackets to send back with them... Over all so far Westin gets 2 thumbs up in the customer support section. Here is the other Westin product i added
