All you need to do is drin your fluid, Unbolt all the pan bolts, and remove the valve body. The shift kit is installed into the valve body. All it consists of it a plate ball bearing if you want the stage 2 and a valve block off, and 2 drill bits. I highly recommend the B&M shift kit. I just installed mine the other week it was really easy.
