Time for brakes

Hey guys and Gals,

Its time to replace the brakes on my truck, I want to replace all 4 but I don't have the money to spend on cryos and hawk pads, I ran across these on ebay are they junk or are they actually a good deal?
eBay Motors: Ford F250 F350 00 01 02 03 04 Drilled Brake Rotors Pads (item 280271592464 end time Oct-06-08 16:39:54 PDT)

Justin.. No.. but I got the following from ebay from Brakemotive made by PowerStop and I am real happy with them.. Here is there auction:
eBay Motors: Ford F250 99 01 02 03 04 D\S Brake Rotors&Ceramic Pads (item 280273636279 end time Oct-10-08 01:00:00 PDT)

THe only difference is, mine are just slotted, not drilled.. but they offer them both ways.. I prefer slotted.

A lot of people contend that you don't want drilled rotors on something as heavy as a Super Duty, that they are prone to cracking around the holes.

I've never ran drilled or know anyone who has, so I don't know if that's true or not.

I would like to keep it as low as I can but also I want some better stopping power. I don't tow alot right now so I would be good on that.

I've always heard never to use Ceramic pads on our trucks, with the weight they won't hold up well. JD.....if Powerslots aren't an option, maybe get some decent Napa rotors, or like quality, and some Hawk pads to go with em, I'm sure that would be better then ebay cheapies.

I replaced mine about a year ago and I used NAPA rotors and Ceramix brand pads also from NAPA all the way around,so far they seem good, real good stopping,NO brake dust and no squeel,I havent towed anything yet but oh well...Ill see.
