i dont understand this
my truck 90 f250 351w the dumb thing will start fine first in the morning and when i go to eat lunch. but it does not idle well and will sometimes die, when it does that if its been runnin for a while it cranks reel slow, like the timing is way fast or the battery is low or its not grounded well. if i wait about 10 - 15 minutes it will crank alright .
ive checked all these things, i put a new starter, battery, fixed a couple bad spots in wires and double checked timing. also when i first start it in the morning the volt meter reads kinda low, also when i just have the key turned to the on position, but after i drive it awhile the volts read good, while the motor is runnin. if it dies then the volts read low. i real confused, ive checked and rechecked and replaced all that i can think of. please help. it sucks when you miss a light cause your truck died and it wont start for 10 minutes.

Sounds like a bad ECT sensor but you need to read the codes and see what they say.
