oil filter location
Can someone tell me where my oil filter is supposed to be located? I have '00 Expy, EB, 5.4, 4X4, tow package. It is on the side of the motor but I think it should be remote. What package did remote come with? Is there any documentation anywhere to support. Is it possible there was a manufacturing mistake?

I had trouble locating mine on a 97' 4x4. I bet it's in the same spot. Look behind your bumper in front of your left tire. Hard to locate at first but an excellent location for service.

It took me about 15 minutes to track mine down the first time. In left front (drivers wheel) behind the bumper. Really an ideal location!
