I came across....
A set of PI heads, complete. A 2000 intake manifold with everything on it.
I did some searching tonight and I'm still a little stumped. I realize the PI heads have square ports on the intake side and that I need the PI intake. What else is different?
Will this work on a '99?

You'd probably have to go to a custom tune (or a later PCM) to get the full benefits.
I'd also make sure the exhaust ports are the same but I see you already have headers. Otherwise, I don't think there is anything physically different.
Check out y2kford.com, go to "order parts" and check through there for different years to make sure the pistons are the same (compression ratio), timing chains, etc.
Also, you're going to lose the EGR too...
