92 thru 96 mirrors
I'm thinking of using 92-96 F150 mirrors on my 70, I think they will look pretty good. I'd sure like to see a picture of a bump side with them on it before I buy them. Has anyone used them and could throw me a pic?

Vinlin95. What did you use to attach the mirrors? I'm putting on the same style on my 68. I have looked around for some style of hardware kit to attach them. The only thing that I have found is the hardware from the doner pickup. This makes the mirrors stick out a bit from the door skin.

used the original plastic insulator pads & drilled holes in the door. i used 1 1/2 fender washers on the inside, original torx style bolts , nuts & loctite. been on there for 2 years and haven't had any problems. hope this helps.

Explorers are integrated with the front edge of the window. The ones for pickups and Broncos attach to the door skin.
