When I start my truck first thing in the morning, it starts fine, I back out of the driveway with no problem, but when I go to accelerate, it sputters like it is running out of fuel. I let of the pedal and push it gradually and it works OK. It also will do that when i leave work after sitting all day. Real bad when pulling into traffic.
I have a full tank, changed filters 5,000 miles ago. I does this after it sits for a long time. It will sputter worse during this event the harder i push on the pedal.

Have you had a chance to check for error codes? Kinda sounds like a sticky spool valve or something...???
