Mounting receiver thru or under front bumper.

I have a 1994 Bronco and would like to fabricate or buy a receiver for the front bumper of my truck. It will be used for a quick mount winch and I was wondering if anybody has done this and if you had any pictures or any advice. Thanks in advance for the help.
