Hi Neil, I have wired a few of the tankless ones, both gas and electric. They do pay for themselves in a short period of time. One of them the customer had a propane tank installed just for the water heater.

Good Saturday morning to all my New England friends...looks like a great autumn weekend...lots of sun...temps in the upper 50s...low 60s.

Good morning Ken, Sean, Jack, Neil, Carl and all who follow this chilly fall day.
I will not be around much, cause I need to finish those Handicapped grab bars for the Aunt..

Oh Yea!, You guys will get a kick out of this story..
Yesterday while waiting for my Pizza's to be ready, The girl behind the counter says to someone "I hate the Red Sox, and I'm sick of hearing about them"..
So I said "boy your in the wrong part of the country"..
She replies "Tell me about it"
Then she says "They have been winning ever since I moved here from New York in 2004".
I politely said "Thank you"...
Just goes to show you there are plenty of Yankee's fans and players that have contributed anyway they could to make the Red Sox the team they are today..
