Anyone have this problem that they are talking about? I just wanted to share this with everyone because of the safety concern of it. My truck does not do this and was purchase locally here in Sarasota FL.
There have been a few dozen threads regarding Death Wobble (DW) in this forum and in the Super Duty/Heavy Duty forum.
Different changes have helped most owners to eliminate, or at least greatly reduce, DW.
The cure for my truck was Bilstein coils and shocks and a Fox steering stabilizer. Some guys added dual steering stabilizers, some changed tire psi, altered alignment (caster), had the steering wheel replaced, etc. There is a TSB for this issue as well.
