For all yall hardcore off-roaders with radius arms this might be of use to you. http://hometown.aol.com/stknrdr/wrist.html
THIS IS ONLY DONE TO ONE SIDE, MOST CASES THE PASSENGER SIDE.
Why you only need to wrist 1 arm:
When 1 side is compressed, the axle rotates backwards into the rear of the front fender. When the other side is drooping, the axle rotates forwards towards the front of the front fender. This creates bind that the C-bushings must take up and limits flex. Wristing 1 arms allows the R side to either rotate forward or backward to match the L side when flexing.
ps. With a 4 link, this is not an issue.

Hey that wristed arm looks like it would really work. Did you notice an increase in frontend travel after the work was done? How much does it cost to do this modification? Are there any other modifications that have to be done? How about lateral load, is there any chance of this breaking from a side impact? So many questions-not enough time.

I have leaf spings so this wont work for me. From the pictures i have seen there is alot of increase in wheel travel. As far as price goes i dont have a clue but might be able to find out if you would like.

As far as other mods would go, I would have to say a lift for the softer coils and more potential of travel increase. It looks like the arm is weaker but i havent seen one break, Ill try to find out about this to.
